How to Use
- Apply primer to clean skin before makeup application.
- Wait 30-60 seconds for hydrating ingredients to absorb into skin, activating priming ingredients to provide optimal makeup grip.
- Follow with foundation application, as usual.
- Scrape powder from an eyeshadow pan, mix with Water Jelly and apply for intensely pigmented graphic looks.
