We accept Cash On Delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, QCash, SureCash, Credit and Debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, DBBL Nexus and other major bank cards through SSLCOMMERZ
CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We're happy to update your order, whether that be changing your delivery address, adding/removing an item, or helping you cancel.
However, we can only make changes before your order has shipped and, because the team in our fulfillment center work quickly, this timeframe is a small one.
If you'd like to update or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible but no later than 3:00pm and we'll see what we can do!
Where is my order confirmation number?
After you have successfully placed your order from our website or via our Facebook page, you will receive an email or SMS that contains the details of your order.
Please make sure you have entered a valid and correct email address or phone number when placing an order to avoid any issues with your delivery.
If you have not received your order confirmation within 2 hours of placing an order, please contact Customer Service team.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Orders are confirmed immediately if you pay via online payment methods i.e. bKash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Online Banking etc. You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS with your order details.
If you chose “Cash On Delivery”, you will receive an email or SMS acknowledging that we’ve received your order. Then, one of our customer care team member will verify and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS once your order has been confirmed.
Sometimes we may call you or email you in order to verify your order or other details i.e. delivery address.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Inside Dhaka City
- Standard Delivery - You can expect delivery within 1-2 days if you place your order by 4:00pm
- Express Delivery - You can expect delivery same day if you place your order by 11:00am. Please contact our Customer Service team for express delivery availibility to your location.
Outside Dhaka - You can expect delivery within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Which Courier Do You Use for delivery?
We use Pathao & E Courier to deliver our products.
We currently do not use Sundarban or SA Paribahan courier for our delivery.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, all of our products are 100% original & authnetic and we only sell original & authentic products.
We work directly with the brands and authorised distributors to ensure that all products we sell are 100% original & authentic.
We've been serving our customers with high reputations from last 8 years and we promise to keep it that way always.
Can I request or suggest a product or brand?
We love to hear from our customers, especially about a product we do not currently carry. Feel free to send your requested brands or products to Customer Service.
Can I get a list of ingredients for a product?
Yes, you can see the ingredients on every product page under the "Ingredients" tab or you may also contact our friendly Customer ServiceTeam if you need further assistance.

Returns & Refunds
What is the return policy?
Return Policy:
- You must check the products in front of delivery person to see if received products are damaged, defective or wrong at the time of the delivery and you can return such products immediately to the delivery person.
- Any issues regarding product being damaged, defective or wrong, notified after successful delivery will not be eligible for any kind of refund, return or exchange.
- Any issues regarding product being wrong, notified within 2 days of successful delivery might be eligible for refund/return or exchange (Conditions apply).
- If you have ordered an incorrect Item, you must notify us within 2 days of successful delivery to be eligible for any kind of exchange (Conditions apply).
- We do not accept any "Change of mind" refund/return or exchange i.e. you chose wrong foundation shade, you didn't like the lipstick colors you chose, products didn't suit to your skin etc.
Conditions:
- Products must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner to be eligible for any kind of refund/return or exchange.
- Products purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set to be eligible for refund/return or exchange.
- Price tag, Brand tag or any other tags along with external packaging of products must not be removed/damaged for any refund/return or exchange.
- Cutsomers must pay the delivery charge and any other additional fees i.e. payment processing fees, if you refund/return or exchange products after successful delivery.
How to request return:
1. Please contact our Customer Service team with the following information within 2 Days of successful delivery the product.
- Order ID
- Picture or Video Proof
2. Our delivery personal will pick-up the products from customer’s address within 2 working days.
Verifications
- Once we receive the returned product, the product will be forwarded to the Operations and Inspection Department.
- It will take 2-3 working days to verify the issue and after verification, if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged, or money will be refunded within 3 working days.

I'VE ALREADY OPENED MY PRODUCT. CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
Unfortunately No.
CAN I HAVE MY DELIVERY CHARGE REFUNDED?
Sorry, delivery charges are non-refundable except the product is faulty, damaged or you have received wrong products.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND or exchange?
- Once we receive the returned product, the product will be forwarded to the Operations and Inspection Department. It will take 2-3 working days to verify the issue.
- After verification, if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged, or money will be refunded within 3 working days.
- The whole process could take upto 10 working days.
