Refund Policy

Return Policy:

  • You must inspect the products in front of delivery person to see if received products are damaged, defective or wrong at the time of the delivery and you can return such products immediately to the delivery person.
  • Any issues regarding product being damaged or defective, notified after successful delivery will not be eligible for any kind of refund, return or exchange.
  • Any issues regarding product being wrong, notified within 2 days of successful delivery might be eligible for refund, return or exchange on some cases. (Conditions apply).
  • If you have ordered an incorrect Item, you must notify us within 2 days of successful delivery to be eligible for any kind of exchange (Conditions apply).
  • We do not accept any "Change of mind" refund, return or exchange i.e. You chose wrong foundation shade, you didn't like the lipstick color you chose, products didn't suit to your skin etc.
  • Customers must pay the delivery charge and any other additional fees i.e. online card payment processing fees, mobile payment fees such as bKash, Rocket etc, if you refund, return or exchange products after successful delivery.

 Conditions:

  • Products must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner to be eligible for any kind of refund/return or exchange.
  • Products purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set to be eligible for refund/return or exchange.
  • Price tag, Brand tag or any other tags along with external packaging of products must not be removed or damaged for any refund, return or exchange.

How to request return:

  • Please contact our Customer Service team with the following information within 2 days of successful delivery of the product.
    • Order ID
    • Clear Picture or Video proof of product conditions
  • Once our  Customer Service team verify and approve the request, our delivery personal will pick-up the products from customer’s address within 3 working days.

Verifications:

  • Once we receive the returned product, the product will be forwarded to our Operations and Inspection Department.
  • It will take 2-3 working days to verify the issue and condition of the returned products.
  • After verification, if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged, or money will be refunded within 3 working days.
